The successful graduate will be required to:
Review the current product ranges and compare them with competitors products and the equestrian market in general to identify \'product gaps\' and make suggestions as to the price and specification of products which should be developed to fill those gaps.
Review, develop and maintain improve customer based systems
Introduce new management information procedures to monitor sales and customer activity and to provide useful timely information for all levels of the organisation
Improve the accuracy of whole order processing from order to customer receipt
Attend shows to raise brand awareness and support retail customers
This role will report to and support the Sales Director. The successful graduate will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for processing sales orders and liaising with field sales personnel. The graduate will be tasked with improving management systems and reporting to increase customer satisfaction and ultimately sales.
Essential Requirements:
Foundation Degree, HND or Degree in a business related subject, or equivalent
Experience of working in a sales office or customer facing role

Renewable Energy Project Engineer - Natural Generation
Summary:Natural Generation seek to employ a Renewable Energy Project Engineer to introduce and oversee a new sales and project management process to enable the efficient supply and installation of renewable energy systems.

Established in 2007, Natural Generation specialise in the supply and installation of wind turbines, photovoltaic and solar thermal water heating systems. With an ever increasing commercial and domestic market place, Natural Generation require a more formalised method of project management to include all aspects of supply and installation as well as a more structured approach to the system specification, design and sales management process.
The successful graduate will be required to:
Review the current sales and project management process for the supply and installation of renewable energy systems
Identify, recommend and implement improvements to the current sales and project management process
Project manage the sales, supply and installation of renewable energy systems
Initially assist but then once competent to complete the specification, design and quotation of photovoltaic, solar thermal and wind energy systems
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the successful candidate will initially gain a good understanding of the business and sector by reviewing the current sales and project management process. The successful candidate will identify, recommend and implement the improvements necessary to enable the efficient supply and installation of renewable energy systems. Once competent, the successful candidate will complete onsite specifications, system designs and customer quotations of renewable energy systems as well as project managing the full sales, supply and installation process.
Essential Requirements:
Degree qualified in Renewable Energy, Engineering, or related subject area
Methodical, process and project focused approach
Excellent customer service
Excellent writing, communication and organisational skills.
